Booking Procedure

At XL Sports Tours, we strive for excellence in providing personalized travel experiences. All bookings require a 20% deposit upon confirmation, with the balance due 30 days before departure. Changes to the itinerary may incur fees, and any additional costs will be communicated ahead of time. Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unforeseen changes.

Payment & Cancellation

Full payment for your selected tour package is due 30 days prior to travel. In the event of cancellation by the client, the following fees apply: cancellations made 30+ days in advance incur a 10% fee; 29-15 days incur a 50% fee; and 14 days or less lead to a forfeiture of total costs paid. Tour packages may be amended with notice, depending on availability and circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel tours if necessary, offering a full refund or alternate arrangements.
